تقول التقارير إن مواطني الإمارات يمثلون خمسة عشر في المئة فقط من تعداد البلاد والسلطات ادخلت إجراءات جديدة لتشجيع الرجال على الزواج من بنات بلادهم بدلا من الزواج من أجنبيات ولمكافحة هذه الظاهرة أسست الحكومة عام 1992 صندوق الزواج الخاص الذي يدفع للشباب ما يوازي عشرين ألف دولار للزواج من مواطناتهم. وأن غالبية الرجال في الإمارات يعتبرون أن الفتيات دون سن العشرين هن المناسبات للزواج.

تعليق قصير: خطوة جيدة لتشجع الزواج المبكر. فمتى تجازوت الفتاة الثلاثين قل اخصابها ومتى تخطت ال35 زادت الأخطار الولادية وهذا شائع بين النساء المتعلمات والعاملات لسنوات متأخرة لكي يفكرن بأهمية تكوين العائلة وهذا الذي يخلق مشكلة اجتماعية كبيرة. وربما المثل الانكليزي القديم القائل: A women's place is in the house "مكان المرأة هو البيت" فيه الكثيرمن المنطق والحكمة والعلم

Well,, I ll say my simple openion abt that,,,, if we consider that the women half of this society,, and if she ll stay home,, then the half will be frozen or dead

صديقنا الدكتور فيليب لك كل تحية واحترام عسى يكون غيابك عنا كل هذه المدة خيراً. أما عن قصة أن يكون عمل المرأة فقط محصورا ضمن نطاق البيت فإني لا أوافقك عليه بل أؤيد قول قريبتي صباح ووجهة نظرها السليمة في أن نصف المجتمع الذي تمثله المرأة لو بقي مشلولا فإن خطرا عظيما يحدق بمجتمعاتنا إن عمل المرأة مثل الرجل تماما ليس محصوراً ضمن نطاق معيّن أو محدد لكن يمكن أن يتعاونا معا فيما يوفر الراحة والاستقرار والمعيشة الكريمة والعيش الحر لجميع أفراد الأسرة. المرأة لها حق العمل وحرية التحرك ضمن المجتمع والمؤسسات كالرجل تماما فهي استطاعت أن تقطع أشواطا طويلة في هذا المضمار. شكرا لطرحك لهذا الموضوع وأشكر تعقيب قريبتي الغالية صباح وهو ما أعجبني..

I understand your point but let me ask you why the population of UK has drastically fallen since women wanted to be part of the working force. Believe me UK is paying a heavy price to keep workingwomen happy. Time will come that the damage would be irreversible.

Well, I know that the population all over the world has fallen, except in the MiddleEeast,, and that is because of the man there has four women and each one has 10 kids loool is this beter? I don’t know.

Uk governmet is paying a heavy price to make working woman happy? Do u think that someone in this world can make any women happy?hhhhhhhhh I don’t think so ,, till that time let us wait and see lol

According to mee,,, I prefer that the women who has kids to stay with her children ,, and to look after them,, this is the most import duty for her,, and this is what I did
